At heatbeat, one thing is particularly important to us: good teamwork. With two locations in Aachen and Nuremberg and a hybrid working model, face-to-face meetings are essential for us to strengthen team spirit and recharge our batteries together.

At the end of October, it was time again: from 29 to 31 October, the entire team met in Nuremberg. After arriving, we started on Wednesday evening with a dinner together – the perfect opportunity for casual conversations and a reunion outside of the everyday work routine.

Thursday began with a welcome from Peter and Marcus as well as exciting updates from the office. Then we headed out into the city: we explored Nuremberg and its historical highlights in an escape game – teamwork and fun included! In the afternoon, there was time for individual activities: whether games, bouldering or the gym – there was something for everyone. In the evening, we got together again to round off the day with good food, socialising and a pub quiz about our Digital Twin.

On Friday, a special highlight awaited us: a tour of the infra fürth heating plant. It was an exciting insight into the world of energy supply, which perfectly matched our core topic. Then it was time to say goodbye – with lots of new impressions and strengthened team spirit.

Events like this show us time and again that personal exchange is the key to successful collaboration. We are already looking forward to the next meeting!
